Rose will be responsible for managing a range of customer accounts, focusing on the development of ancillary services for Square 1’s existing customer list and helping onboard new customers.
He joins Square 1 with over 23 years of experience in journalism and financial services publishing. He helped establish and develop the BestAdvice news website and worked in a number of related areas including publishing contracts with various financial firms, and produced the Sound Advice podcasts.

He has also launched and edited a number of industry titles and has written for other professional and national journals.
He will work closely with other Square 1 directors – Paul Hunt, Alex Hammond, Scott Philipson and Rob Griffiths – to help grow the agency as it expands its reach, identifying opportunities for existing clients and new.
Hunt said, “In true PR parlance, we are absolutely ‘delighted’ to welcome Kevin to the Square 1 Media team. He brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts in financial services and there will be great few people in this market who do not know Kevin and the excellent reputation he has for his quality work.
“This is a real hit for Square 1 and we look forward to introducing Kevin to existing customers and helping to develop Square 1’s overall proposition for existing and new customers. “
Rose added, “I have known the guys at Square 1 for many years and was impressed with the quality of their proposal and production. So when the opportunity arose to be part of the team, I jumped at the chance. I am very impatient to participate in the development of the Square 1 offer and to be part of a dynamic and modern agency.
